Pomona
Named after the ancient goddess of fruit, Pomona is an outstanding
decoration where the choicest fruits from the best gardens of the early
19th Century are displayed.
Susan Williams-Ellis chose the hand painted
illustrations from various books on gardening and fruit growing published
at the time and put one fruit in splendour on each plate.
